When trying to keep skateboarders out of a small park you could A) post a sign pointing the young, rebellious, would-be offenders to the skatepark down just down the street, or B) post a sign citing the bylaw so that they can look up the specific verbiage of said bylaw in their Town of Arlington bylaw pocket reference.
